Operational Management
At a time of financial restraint in Local Authorities officers need to be particularly concerned that their inspection procedures are both effective and economic.
Our experience has shown that many Local Authorities have inspection regimes where site visits and ticking boxes have become more onerous than necessary and divert attention from having a more effective regime. They are often very paperwork heavy giving managers information and administration overload.
We have demonstrated to some Local Authorities how to cut well over 80% of their paperwork and we have devised systems which are much more robust and self-correcting but cost considerably less. This means costs can be reduced and/or maintenance improved.
